The Spanish papers have claimed that Kimi is off to Renault, for something like 4 times the usual salary for Renault drivers!

I'm not sure how a Spanish paper would have got hold of this information, but then this is silly season Laughing

So what do we all think? Itv have a poll going at the moment, and their readers think 47% Renault, 39% Ferrari, and the rest think stayng at Mac!!

Personally I think he will go to Renault - his chances there may be more reliable to say the least. He's not had much luck at Mac, time for a change Kimi.

I think Renault too! I thought maybe Mac but i really cant see him alongside Alonso!

Renault seems the best bet. With Alonso at Mac he won't neccessarily be top dog, and the same at Ferrari with MS.

I hope the McLaren improves for next year, cos I think Alonso is going to be an unhappy bunny otherwise!! Laughing

Think Alonso rushed his decision about going to Mclaren! He should have waited for this season to even start and looked at Mcs performance this season!

I think that Kimi is staying with Mac. I dont think that Mac will change 2 drivers in one year, they way tho conservative in my opinion and.
And second Kimi will always be number 1 for RD, with the Finnish fetisme of RD in mind Twisted Evil

I still can't make my mind up but I think Mac will do there best to keep hold of him now that JPM has gone, unless Kimi has already done the deal that is Shocked

One of the websites is blaming Shumi for all the hold ups. They think that Kimi won't go to Ferrari unless MS goes, so he can't sign with Ferrari, or Renault or Mac, until Michael makes his mind up whether he is leaving or not, which holds up the contracts of other teams further down the grid!!
